Robin Moore Sieber, 48, of Halifax died Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Robin was a native of Halifax County, the daughter of the late Bernie Benjamin Moore and Lucille Riggan Moore. She was a 1980 graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and a graduate of Pitt Community College with a degree in Radiology. She was employed at Halifax Regional Medical Center in the Women’s Imaging Center (mammography) and also at Person Memorial Hospital (trauma and radiology). She enjoyed the country life and tending to her flowers. She was the “cowbell lady” at her sons’ sporting events.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Sieber; her two sons, Charlie and Clint Sieber, all of Halifax; her mother, Lucille R. Moore of Roanoke Rapids; two sisters, Melanie Lockamon and her husband, Todd, and Jerri Morgan and her husband, Mike, all of Roanoke Rapids; her nieces, Jordan and Abbigail Carpenter, and Paige Lockamon; and her nephew, Clay Lockamon.

Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids is handling the arrangements, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, September 23, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24, at Enterprise Baptist Church, 404 Enterprise Rd, Littleton, NC with Rev. Jerry Harper officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
